MG: Wake Tech Captures Second Place
Leo Hsaing ties for fourth place as individual.
Wake Tech men's golf team finished second, while Leo Tsiang finished tied for fourth individually, at the Battle at the Creek, FTCC Invitational on Friday and Saturday at Keith Hills Golf Club in Buies Creek.
Sandhills Community College (319-310-329) claimed their first team win of the season by four strokes over Wake Tech (321-312-633) in the 36 hole event that included five full teams and golfers from three other schools. Leo Tsiang (79-75-154) finished in the top five of individual players, but was tied with two others with a total score of 154.
