The Eagles jumped out to an early lead on NC State Club and captured a 12-5 victory on Sunday at North Main Athletic Complex.

With seven runs in the first three innings, the Eagles left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

A two-run double by Logan Barbour, a two-run double by Matt Mauldin, an RBI double by Austin Fischer, an RBI single by Keegan Woolford, and an RBI double by Angel Santiago during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Eagles.

Mauldin racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Eagles.

Austin Warren got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over two innings. Austin Warren struck out four, walked four and gave up two hits.
